Modern Residence

This residential project was a study on materials.  The goal was to replicate some of the features of the photograph.

• The wood siding was intended to have some color and fade variations.
• The night rendering was a study on lighting and mood.
• The EIFS in the rendering turned out well but is scaled up so that it would be easily visible in the image.
• The stone was chosen to display a 3D stone appearance over matching the completed project sample image.
