Step 1 – Discuss your needs

We meet with you personally to discuss your project directly.  We collect AutoCad files and discuss the project and your vision.  Site Plan, Floor Plans, and Elevations are recommended for a smooth and fast turn around but are not all required.  We understand that you may be competing with other companies in a request for proposal so your files will always remain confidential.

We bring along the company iPad which has our entire interactive portfolio and a materials portfolio to help with our discussion.  Together we can pick out all the materials in person for your project.

Step 2 – Proposal

You will receive a proposal with an outline of cost, services provided, and a schedule for completion. You can also supply a proposal – the goal is to clearly define the scope of work.

Step 3 – Rendering Begins

Upon your approval and 20% deposit work shall begin.

Step 4 – Review and Revisions

We supply images of the work for review and comment.  This process will continue until you are satisfied with the final product.

Step 5- Deliverable

Final rendering at high resolution for delivery via e-mail.

Payment is required within 5 calendar days of final deliverable.
